Technical details/Completion of equipement production

Modular built aluminium frame construction with plastic or aluminium corners.
Possible on site construction of units for confined spaces.

Double layered ‘D’ panel construction with insulation fullfilling the Austrian fire proteciton regulation Brandklasse A1- Önorm B 3800.

Wall thickness of 50 mm, heat trantrasition coefficient 0.58 Wm2/k, sound absorption of barrel wall Rw=44dB (DIN 52210/4).

The outside layers of the panels are powder coated and have a protective sheeting, standard colour white (RAL9002).

Inside layer of the panels are made of galvanized steel sheeting, for higher quality requirments powder coating or stainless steel is used.

Panels are deconstructable. An elastic rubber seal ensures an air tight seal upon reconstruction.

Acess Doors with a permanent elastic cavity seal, adjustable hinges are used providing the best possible seal. Lockable if required.

The inside of the air handling unit is completely smooth and even to avoid the buildup of dirt and fat.

Drip trays for cooling cells with condensatewater made of a corrision resistant material with inclination for drainage.

Appliances for outdoor installation

Plastic welded roof construction over units to provide protection and water runoff.

Aluminium framed weatherprotection louvres.

Flap drive axles attached for the option of regulating the louvre.
